Kamau Murray's key management functions include; Planning to increase the number of clients, meet short term goals and double the profits in the summer and maintain during the winter. organizing employee coaches with great experience and also professionalism. they can coordinate their skills with also business aspect of the academy. Leading by stimulating high performance from employees and coaches to keep them motivated and inspired to come to work everyday. Controlling by being able to monitor the progress of the academy and reevaluate to make changes where necessary.
